My extensive experience and expertise in the NH Lakes Region and Southern NH area real estate market will benefit you whether you are looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Originally an elementary school teacher in Tennessee, where I went to college. I love the teaching aspect of working with 1st Time Buyers in Southern NH and the Lakes Region. Everyone deserves a decent place to live and one that meets as many of their wants and needs as possible. That is what I strive to help them obtain. Explaining what the market is doing and helping Buyers to prioritize their "must haves" is all part of being successful in doing what I love, helping people. Whether you have bought & sold multiple homes or it's your first time buying I would love to help you in Southern NH or the Lakes Region with your purchase.

But working with Buyers is only part of what I do best. Marketing my client's home so they get the most money, with the least amount of stress & inconvenience, is my goal when I work with Sellers. Knowing the market & keeping up with current trends and pricing is an ongoing effort that pays off for my sellers.

When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, boating & reading. I hope to someday retire to the Lakes Region where my family has just built a new home. My family consists of three wonderful adult children: Stephanie, Kimberly and Gregory. Stephanie is in Bellingham,WA beginning her career, having just finished up her masters in Sociology at Portland State Un. Kimberly, a recent graduate of UN of IL with her masters in Environmental Engineering has recently moved to Seattle where she is working for an Environmental Consulting company. Gregory can be seen at Boston area venues getting his music career off the ground and raising awareness about Climate Change, having recently received a performance degree on the Bass at Berklee School of Music. Education is an important part of our lives and my husband David and I feel strongly about encouraging our children to be all that they can be.
